1a Fernhurst Avenue, Cremorne NSW 2090, was registered as Strata Plan 3718 on 2 January 1969 and is located on the lands of the Cammeraygal people.
The development, comprising 8 townhouses was built by famous Sydney builders Petitt+Sevitt and designed by well known Architect Ken Woolley, is described in the Strata Plan registration documentation as 'Sutton Place'. The origination of the name is not known.
Today, Sutton Place is administered by Direct Strata Management.Â
